About me
Craig's journey into healthcare began in 2015 when he made the bold decision to leave a decade-long career in engineering to pursue his passion for hands-on healing.
A lower back injury sustained during martial arts training opened Craig's eyes to the transformative power of hands-on therapy, inspiring him to retrain. In 2017, he qualified as a Remedial Massage Therapist in the UK and began his journey by launching a mobile massage service operating out of a Smart Car. After attending multiple professional development classes in osteopathic techniques, Craig felt inspired to take his career to the next level.
Shortly after qualifying, Craig moved to New Zealand on a working holiday visa. Fast forward to 2023, he had earned a Bachelor's in Musculoskeletal Health from Te Pūkenga New Zealand Institute of Skills & Technology, followed by completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Osteopathy in 2024.
Craig's approach to osteopathy is highly proactive, embodying a "treat as you assess" style influenced by his problem-solving background and training in osteopathy, engineering and massage therapy. While dynamic and versatile in his methods, Craig has a particular passion for working with geriatric health, chronic sporting injuries, and low back pain.
When he’s not working, Craig enjoys skateboarding, bouldering, hiking, and practicing martial arts. He is also a fan of animal flow and a dedicated board game enthusiast.
